As we approach our busy time of year, our staff are all working extra hard. That means it is even harder for us to choose our employee of the month, this November. The staff have been voting and the winner is…<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jacob Walters!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jacob received lots of positive feedback in November from his colleagues. Notably, he works well with the team. Jacob always has a positive and friendly approach when speaking to other staff and clients. This means he has great communication, and this helps ensure the work he is doing runs smoothly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jacob has recently taken on some highly technical work which can be difficult. But he has shown that he is able to take this on and is competently working through it. When he needs extra help from more experienced members of staff he will always ask to ensure he is learning the correct and most efficient way to complete the task at hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Despite having a large workload, he manages this well and is always happy to help others if they need it. He takes responsibility for the work that he does and will always take the time to speak to a client if they have questions or need some clarification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jacob is always proactive and tries to spot any potential issues before they happen to try and prevent them. This ensures that we minimise any problems and make sure the work runs smoothly and efficiently. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
