It\u2019s time to find out who the Employee of the Month, for the month of August is!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our winner is Georgia!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Georgia received the majority of votes from her colleagues this month. Some great feedback was given as to what made her stand out this month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The main reason that Georgia is the August employee of the month is due to how helpful she has been. Further to this her colleagues noted she is always happy to help with anything. She is always willing to pick up extra tasks from other members of her team if they have a lot of other tasks to work on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was also mentioned that she has been working hard to improve the office efficiency throughout August. Additionally, as more of our staff come back to the office Georgia has played an important role in the set up of desks and ensuring the office is well organised for their return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She has also integrated systems for the office which will ensure that it remains efficient and effective for many years to come. She has taken responsibility for implementing these systems herself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
