October is here, and it’s time to celebrate the Employee of the month. The whole Jack Ross Team have been working hard this month. However, we always like to highlight the work of an individual who we think deserves a little extra thanks!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was a close one for October’s employee of the month, but we have a winner. Cael Ogden takes the trophy this month!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the month of October, Cael has been a great help to one of our new starters. He has helped get him up to speed on some of our complex procedures. Whilst helping his teammates, Cael has been able to manage his own workload despite being really busy himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Not only has Cael received positive feedback from his colleagues but he has also had positive feedback from a new client he has recently started working with. They said he has been really responsible and taken on the work really well. Another, reason why he was voted employee of the month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cael has been an excellent role model to his colleagues in the way he approaches his work. He always uses initiative and will go out of his way to help out to ensure our clients are getting the highest level of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
