This hasn&#8217;t gone unnoticed and the team have been voting for their employee of the month once again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">And our winner is&#8230;. Bradley Hartley!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"http:\/\/my-brains.co.uk\/jackross\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Bradley.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"337\" height=\"368\" src=\"http:\/\/my-brains.co.uk\/jackross\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Bradley.jpg\" alt=\"April Employee of the Month\" class=\"wp-image-5211\" srcset=\"https:\/\/my-brains.co.uk\/jackross\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Bradley.jpg 337w, https:\/\/my-brains.co.uk\/jackross\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Bradley-275x300.jpg 275w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 337px) 100vw, 337px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Firstly, throughout April, Bradley has sat alongside one of our new starters. He has played an important role in their first month at Jack Ross. He has been extremely helpful in helping to train them up on the basics of the work required. Where they required help he was able to offer assistance and show them how to find a solution going forward. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other staff members have recognised his commitment to helping others too. As one of our more experience team members it is great that he is able to share his knowledge. He has taken a proactive approach to coaching others and ensuring his own work is completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bradley has also been recognised as our April employee of the month for being very organised. He is always aware of deadlines and plans his workload accordingly. As a result of his organisation skills he is able to recognise any bottlenecks in advance to avoid them becoming an issue. His workload is always well managed but this has been noted in April due to the extra work he has taken on to train a new starter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bradley has always worked hard and taken responsibility for his workload and the jobs he works on.
