Joining the team in September he has shown great initiative. He has been a team player from day one. Dylan covered the admin department whilst his colleagues were on holiday. He really was thrown in at the deep end. But Dylan jumped in with both feet and was not fazed by this intense start to his career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He showed a great work ethic and picked up the role quickly with the help and training of the admin team. He is always happy to help with any tasks that need doing and always has a smile on his face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
His confidence and attitude are very apparent. As a result, he was voted by five of his colleagues this month. He is a great addition to the admin team. With his cheery personality he already has a great rapport with our clients. His presence in the office is notable and lifts the mood within his team and across the office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is willing to learn new things and takes responsibility for his work. He asks for help when it is needed and gets stuck into any tasks he is given.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The admin team have been working hard to gather information for tax returns over the past few months.As we go into our busy period Dylan has been a great pair of hands for contacting clients. If you haven’t already sent us your tax information, you may have already spoken Dylan!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
